On Wednesday, December 15th an updated RMA application will be released on ShopPDS.com. This updated version will offer the same functionality and data entry fields you are already familiar with using the current version. No new functions have been added, nor have any been left out of the new version. You will also notice the updated RMA application will be fully integrated into our site having the same look and feel as the rest of ShopPDS.com, and it will no longer open into a separate browser window! The updated RMA application will make it easier to find your existing RMA requests and request new ones with its persisted search and latest RMA's status.
